Epidural analjezi, yaşlı ve yüksek riskli hastalarda güvenli bir anestezi tekniğidir. Biz burada epidural anestezi altında transüretral prostat rezeksiyonu uygulanımı sırasında ses bozukluğu gelişen seksen yaşında bir hastayı sunmaktayız. Epidural analgesia is a safe anesthetic technique in the elderly and high risk patients. We report an eighty year old patient who developed a transient hoarseness during a transurethral prostate resection under epidural anesthesia.
