Lomber epidural anestezi sonrası ses boğukluğu: sıradışı bir komplikasyon

Epidural analjezi, yaşlı ve yüksek riskli hastalarda güvenli bir anestezi tekniğidir. Biz burada epidural anestezi altında transüretral prostat rezeksiyonu uygulanımı sırasında ses bozukluğu gelişen seksen yaşında bir hastayı sunmaktayız. Komplikasyon geçici olmasına ve uzun dönem etkileri bulunmamasına rağmen anestezi kalitesi yeterli değildi.

Hoarseness after lumbar epidural anesthesia: an unusual complication

Epidural analgesia is a safe anesthetic technique in the elderly and high risk patients. We report an eighty year old patient who developed a transient hoarseness during a transurethral prostate resection under epidural anesthesia. Although the complication was transient and without long term effects, the quality of anesthesia for the patient was not satisfactory
